Stoney Marshall started his career in Real Estate in 2003 after graduating from Randolph-Macon College and has become one of the industry's top-producing agents throughout Central Virginia. After several years of working with sellers and buyers, builders and developers, and then obtaining his Broker's license in 2010, he saw value in the team approach to real estate and created The Marshall Group in 2012. The team's property knowledge and market diversity, combined with goal-oriented results and a driven work ethic, has allowed them to expand their business to include properties sold in more than 36 counties within the Commonwealth of Virginia and nearly 2,000 career sales. The team has an extensive database of past clients and professional resources to help any client with their specific real estate needs. Working as a carpenter in college and afterwards, he understands good craftsmanship, has a good understanding of a well built home, and is committed to ensuring his clients have the best. He loves working with builders and design teams to come up with layouts and features that are trending, to ensure your home is what you dreamt it to be. On the weekends, you can usually find him on a sports field watching his children playing a myriad of sports or him playing on his men's soccer or softball team.
